Explanation-
The strategy advocates using a false front, not to deceive the enemy totally, but is false seem real. If one can false fronts to conceal the truth, the enemy will have a misconception about a situation. That is the time to launch an attack. This align with the theory in Ling Qi Jing which expresses this in terms of changes between Ying and Yang.
